

Individual Private Training
The first thing we'll do is conduct a personal assessment to identify your physical makeup, current eating habits and physical behavior.
After identifying your current status we'll determine where you want to be and create a gameplan achieve an agreed upon goal in the established time frame.

Group Training
We will conduct group training sessions for groups of at least 5 people with your organization, team, or family.
Classes can focus on a range of programs from beginning athlete to seasoned professionals - get your squad together for fun fitness activities.
Group programs starting at $15/person for an hour length session.

Nutritional Consulting
This service is to help you find the right mix of food that will help your body get the most out what you put into it.
A 40-minute assessment will be completed to identify your specific needs and create a plan to consume the food that gives you the most stamina, energy and long term development.
